    What is Kahoot?

    Kahoot! is a free educational platform that lets you create interactive quizzes (called "kahoots") to learn by playing. It can be used in physical classrooms, online classes, or individually.

    Step 1: Create a Kahoot account

    1. Go to kahoot.com

    2. Click on "Sign up"

    3. Choose your account type:

      • Teacher

      • Student

      • Personal

      • Professional (Work)

    4. Sign up using Google or an email

    5. Enter your information (username, password, age)

    6. Accept the terms and click "Join Kahoot!"

    Your account is now ready!

    Step 2: Create a kahoot

    1. Click the "Create" button (top right corner)

    2. Select "New kahoot"

    3. Add a title and optional description

    4. Add your first question:

      • Type the question

      • Add 2 to 4 answer options

      • Mark the correct answer

      • Add an image or video if you want

    5. Add more questions if needed

    6. Click "Done" and then "Save"

    Your first kahoot is created!

    Step 3: Host a live kahoot

    1. Go to your kahoot in the Library

    2. Click "Play"

    3. Choose:

      • Teach (live mode)

      • Assign (to play later individually)

    4. If you choose "Teach", a game PIN will appear

    5. Players go to kahoot.it and enter the PIN

    6. Each player types a nickname

    7. Click "Start" to begin the game

    You’re ready to play with your class!

    Step 4: View results

    1. After the game, you’ll see a player ranking

    2. Click "Reports" to view:

      • Correct answers

      • Performance per player

      • You can download the report
