On my first day, Puan Roha which is secretary in the company asked me to come at 9 a.m. As i arrived at workplace, there's already have people in the office. I thought i came late but actually there are two time of working hour which is 8.30 a.m to 5 p.m and 9 a.m to 5.30 p.m. I did nothing on first day because i am still new and i did observing other staff with their specific work. There's not much work to do because there are about 5 practical student include me. This is usually did by any staff who came early  while staff who back from work late, they have to throw rubbish and lock office safely. This day i learn how to book ticket flight on the spot. Means customer come to buy a flight ticket that fly today. The customer wants to fly to KLIA on that evening because he had another time flying to Myanmar. So he wants to arrive at KLIA before another schedule. Sometimes we had the ticket sometimes not. So usually we do not prefer sudden buying ticket flight. The price also expensive. Get prepare all facilities to all staff who will use it. At the afternoon, a customer called through phone asking about bus and van services. Other than we have travel package and book online flight ticket, we also have a bus and van for rent. The customer wants to go to Negeri Sembilan. He asked for a bus and a van include driver for the trip. He asked for 4days 3night during the trip. He also discuss about price and do negotiation to get the best price. Some of the paper is a memo for Perbadanan Stadium Darul Aman. Actually the company is nearer the stadium. So if the company want to do something, it must send memo a official letter to Perbadanan Stadium Darul Aman. Other than that i also put some bill in BSP biling. Our staff were briefing the umrah package to the family. There are many types of umrah package which is different prices. After briefing, they agreed to choose one of the package. On the evening, our staff have call some people to come to office to complete "badal haji". It can be done just with our boss Haji Daud. That customer have asked for some transaction made by her, and the transaction was keep by other staff and i have to search all over her computer finally i found it and send it to her. It was relief when i found that file in the computer after searching for an hour. Right after that, a marriage couple around 50's had come and asked a package to Acheh. We had long time not visit Acheh. So we do not have a package for that place. But fortunately one of the staff did save the information then we can brief the customer. This is to avoid that bank receipt lose the writing. Normally we will check again if the customer really paid not not. Later on a customer come to ask about or package haji&umrah. We have no reason to not explaining although the customer is not sure to take the package or not. He said he want to go in Ogos. They were discussing about price, passport and so on. International travel a little bit difficult but our company have prepared that sort of needed by customer for sure. So it will smooth the trip. In  our package we also stated where the customer will spend their night, which attraction they will visit. We also can make a tentatif program for them. So as for today a customer have called to ask about price of a trip with bus and van to Melaka, Johor and Singapore(not spend night). They discuss about driver for both transport, permit to get into Singapore. They also ask whether we can do permit for them or not. They are not decide yet about the date because they want to know price first. They also do some negotiation to make the price down a bit. As result, they said they will call back for confirmation. As this is my last day, the staff have prepare some celebration for me, they have been ask to come again.
