Evaluation of employees provides the correct platform for making the employees understand what they are doing correct and what they are not doing correct. Evaluation of employees must be done regularly and not occasionally. For example, the time period of duration could be three months to six months or even after one year.</div>]]></description>

This is because of the aspect that in case of determining whom to downsize, the HR manager has to be absolutely sure that the employee in consideration would not be able to be productive to the organization ever in the future. Moreover, the HR manager will also have to be 100% sure that the employee has had the worst performance or behavioral issues and disciplinary problems in the past months or years of employee performance. Therefore, downsizing the inappropriate employee can prove to be extremely detrimental to the organization.</div>]]></description>
