I've been told that a snapshot evaluation of 6 or below is rare and that it's indicative of poor performance. Just wanted to verify that all Strategic Engineering leaders, who will soon be evaluating us, are receiving training so that they're aware of Deloitte Digital's conventions when it comes to evaluations.
