Local and sustainable food – Every home has a garden suitable to grow vegetables and lots of green space.

Equity and local economy – Uses less money as more natural light is let in due to the placement of the windows.

Culture and community – Everyone is very close, seen as they share cars and eat together.

Land use and wildlife – Compost piles used and recycling all household waste.
