Instead of saying "Please revise this", I am going to say something like "How can we make this sentence sound better?" or "How can we strengthen your evidence in this paragraph?"

Instead say:

I love how hard you are working to solve these fractions. Although this is difficult for you now, you haven't given up and that is a great quality. Keep trying and you will solve these fractions with no problem.

Instead of saying “please revise this”, try saying “you did a great job expressing yourself. Is there anything you would like to add or change?” I would say this because I do not want my students to feel that their work is not good or they did not do a good job but to see if they can further improve and challenge themselves. I know their capabilities so I want them to fully believe in themselves as well.

Instead of saying you are such a good writer, I would say "The amount of effort you've put into each sentence really jumps out. I love reading such intention. This is some next level stuff!"

Instead of saying "I give up". Say giving up is not an option and we must continue trying until we reach the goal.

Instead of saying "This is too hard". Say I will practice with a partner until I learn how to do these problems easier.
