An alternative assignment to the assignment given in mid-March, can be to complete the  pyramid in the link below with your family. Print it out or if you don't have a printer you can make, (draw), your own pyramid with the same amount of boxes like the one below. Each week I will add another hint on some activities you can do. However, you can also make up any activities that require physical activity and add them on your pyramid. Any activity that lasts for 30 minutes means that you can sign off on one of your boxes in your Pyramid. Your parent needs to sign off on the activity you do. Be creative and have fun doing the activities together as a family when you can. The first assignment still works if you would rather do that or even better you can do both and fill in a box on your pyramid as well. :) You will get credit for either assignment you complete. Just remember to stay active during this time. I can't wait to see all of you again soon!
