Usually stickers, small candies, prize box toys (from the dollar store lol). I normally keep lists of names who at the end of the day has deserved one or more of those things. I think as the school year is winding down and the kids are getting crazier and crazier, I can use the same types of rewards but I'll pass them out during activities and during the day whenever I see good behavior, kindness, etc. This will give them instant rewards and will hopefully motivate them to do their best all day and be more aware of their actions. Not just with my class and Mrs. Karlovec/Ms. Noubani's class, but with multiple classes and students. I am going to start bringing the pretzel twists in for more in-class rewards.  I will give more random on-task/bonus points. Plus more trips to the prize box. The other thing that I might do is a town meeting where the students can talk with me about what is going on the class room and make suggestions about how to change things. I will continue to lead by example and pointing out role models in class.
