I learned that you need a fan boy in a compound sentence . If you did not now a fan boy is a hole lot of words that you use to make a better sentence.
The fan boys are

For

And

Nor

But

Or

Yet

So

I also learned that you can make one better sentence by using 2 simple sentence and putting a fan boy in the middle . Example We went to the pool .
We got ice cream.
We went to the pool and we got ice cream
.
I know that a simple sentence has to have a subject, verb, capital letter at the start of the sentence and a full stop at the end of the sentence. Example The cat sat on the mat.

. An independent clause is a bunch of words that can stand alone and make sense. (Example) I saved up.
. A dependent clause is a bunch of words that don’t make sense alone but can depend on an independent clause to make sense. (Example) For a motorbike.
. I learnt that a complex sentence has to have a independent clause and a dependent clause. (Example) I saved up, for a motorbike
. I learnt that a complex sentence has to have a comma, to make a dependent clause make sense.
. Fanboys are for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so.
. learnt that a compound sentence has to have two independent clauses and a fanboy. (Example) I bought a motorbike and i like riding motorbikes
. I learnt that a compound verb is two verbs that has a fanboy in the middle. (Example) Ran and raced.
. I learnt that a compound subject is two subjects that has a fanboy in the middle. (Example) Boy and girl.
. I learnt that a simple sentence has to have 1 verb and 1 subject. (Example) The dog slept inside.
. I learnt that you can put a compound verb and a compound subject in a simple sentence and it still counts as a verb
and a subject. (Example) The boy and girl ran and raced.
