However, a citizen a certain duties to their country and the betterment of the country as a whole. We all as citizen's of this country should be doing everything we can to make our country better by recognizing it's flaws and what we can do to deconstruct them. In this poster, "the seed of good citizenship" is actually the idea of joining the army.
