- 24-hour access to e-books so it's easily accessible.
- Convenience of bringing one device and they are able to read many books.
- Modelling by parents - Most parents read FB or other sites online so students also learn from their parents.
- E-books have audio books which helps for those who are unable to read well.
- Reading books on NLB app allows users to browse and read. If they do not like it, they can return it immediately so it is very convenient.
- From E-books, can easily get the entire series. For print series, may not have the stock. Also cheaper to download the entire series. 
- More convenient to read e-books. 
- School libraries are not open so e-books are the way to go. 
- Should have a place in the future because of the pandemic. 
- Students are very savvy and are able to navigate the digital apps and websites.

What will frustrate these readers about doing to the library in these times?
