- Been exposed all the office document files, forms needed regarding to the umrah and Hajr requirements for customers.

- Asking details from Puan Junaida whos incharge for intership students at Yaskin need to be filled in ‘Borang B’. (sent to En. Muzzamir) ✔️

- Had my first start with cleaning up the messes which had been done like the days before.
- Key in the new customers that had just got approval from Tabung Haji into the congregations profile.
- In charged last few payment had done by the customers.
- Photocopied some documents of customers that need to be stored on behalf of company.
- Picked up calls from outsiders.

- Done my first routine at the office like usual as I reached, Cleaning session will be done everyday before starting other task.
- Picked up calls from customer that wanted to come over for giving documents needed by company according to Umrah.
- Double checked last updated for the profile umrah for group that will take off tomorrow (16/5) to perform their umrah.
- Packing several things preparation for tomorrow that need to be brought which was passports and name tags of congregations.
- Called up for the congregations involved for reminding tomorrow trip to come early at the airport Terengganu and noticed to bring along their identification card for boarding.

- Today working day went well as usual but for Ramadhan month, working hours started at 9 to 4p.m.
- Nothing much that had been done today, morning routined had been proceeded as the days before. Sweeping floor, throwimg rubbish, and arranged all the things on the tables. Keeping the office environment in hygiene was a good start of you working day.
- Got call from Puan Juhaida asked me to go downstair to pick up cheque slipt from customer.

- Greeted customers that wanted to make
payment transaction for this upcoming Umrah Syawal.
- Updated profile umrah and checklist of customers documents needed.
- Picked up calls from Hq Kota Bharu staff.
- Compiled all registered form of customers from 2017 and put it together in one file.

- Studied new brochure that had just arrived all the way from Hq.
- Photocopied new registration form to prepare for new customers interested to the new package.

- Picked up calls from outsiders according to the Umrah package.

- As usual, I started my first task with sweeping the floor and also arrangged all the things on every table in the office neatly.
- Followed up the customers for Umrah in July through checking the checklist of Umrah that need to be submitted to the company.
- Also checked the outstanding balance that some of customers didnt manage to settle up from full payment.
- Made phone calls to remind them to make payment immediately.

- As turned out in the office, immediately I grabbed the broom to sweep the floor, cleaned up any messes in the office.
- Photocopied the Umrah registration form, made them for 15 copies.
- Opened up new umrah file for 2019, did the name tag of that umrah 2019 file. and pasted it onto the file.
- Saved the filled registration form done by customers into the file.
- Counting and double count the money that had been made by customers.
