My strategy is to go first and by doing that I can lure the person I am playing with to the number 18 so then anything he adds I can add to that and get 23

I found out that if you get to 18 your partner can only add four giving you a total of 22 do you only have to add 1 to win therefore if you get 19 your partner has to only add 4 to WIN
