Focusing on the inspiration of the young host, I think this podcast would be great to implement towards the end of the unit to expand on the call of action. Throughout this unit, students often become worried about the current status of the environment and are motivated to find solutions to help. Hearing the account of another young person, would be inspiring for them to hear to display how they can also make a big difference in their community. This podcast will open the eyes of students on how much plastic the world uses daily, enlightening how it has become such a large issue in the world.
