Someone had challenged me for it and she was one of my best friends. At first, I did not deal with this stress very well and I would just be really worried and anxious but then I would talk to my parents about it and they would tell me as long as i did my best they would be proud of me and at the end I actually won which was good.</div>]]></description>

One of the methods that I use was deep breathing because it is one of the most convenient ones for me and it works the fastest.
