A. I was driving to Jack's Jiffy Burgers on South Elm Street.
4. What happened when you were approaching Sixth Street?
A. I saw an ambulance behind me and I tried to pull off to the right, but there were parked cars so I was still blocking the ambulance and eased out into the intersection.
5. Did you see the small yellow Ford Escort on Independence avenue?
Yes, I saw the the car right before the collision. I thought that the driver would stop when he saw the ambulance, but he went forward when the light turned green for him.
6. Did you speed and drive to the intersection on a yellow light ?
A. Yes, I sped up and went on the intersection at a yellow light, so I could get out of the way of the ambulance.
7. Why didn't you turn left or right at the intersection, instead of going in the middle, when it was a yellow light?
A. I didn't turn, because I didn't want to block the ambulance's from its way.
8. Did you drive with an expired license?
A. Yes, I did drive with an expired license, but only so I could help my friend out! 
9. Why do you think that the other driver is unfit for the road at that time?
A. I believe the other driver was unfit to drive at that time, because after the accident, I got out of my car to inspect the scene and I could smell liquor on his breath, which meant he was drinking and driving.
10. Finally, Mr. Nomad, let me ask you a final question... Do you, in any way, think you are responsible for the accident?
A. No, I don't think I am responsible for this accident, because I did what was right; I got out of the way and gave the ambulance right-of-way.
