         <description><![CDATA[<div>Correspondence Theory</div><div>Definition (in your own words):<br>- Going out of your way to actually go out and check if the information that you received is actually true.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Real Life example:</div><div>- This type of check happens to me a lot and the most recent time I can remember is when someone told me that the house and senate were both democratic. I then went to google to try and confirm that fact and it turned out to be true.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Pragmatic Theory</div><div>Definition (in your own words):<br>- Looking at a source and using your own knowledge to determine if what you are about to read is beneficial to you.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Real Life example:<br>- I also use this type of check quite frequently as I usually won’t read something that I won’t ever need to use. Another recent example of this is when my mom sends me all of these Facebook videos that I know are filled with lies so I choose to not watch them.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
