I must say, everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It started with the security officer checking us in and answering all questions and making sure we had everything we needed.

I was a walk-in so he directed me to the young man who was working the cashier booth and made sure I had all my documents and gave me an explanation about the process.

I then had the pleasure of working with Gavin August. Despite that fact of having all my documents, there was a little issue. Gavin walked me through it and presented options. I did get the belonger card and as a result of Gavin’s help I will be able to get my British passport also.

I am truly blown away. Thank you to Gavin and all the other staff who assisted. You made this a simple, seamless process.
