         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>This instructional video effectively taught tips on how to speak in public for beginners. </li><li>Another positive aspect of the video was that the instructor used graphics for a more visual audience. </li><li>This presentation was short and utilized basic concepts. If a more advanced speaker was looking for further educational information on this topic, they would want to look at a more advanced educational or "how-to" video on public speaking. </li><li>For further improvement of this video, the speaker could have outlined a few more examples to paint a bigger picture on this topic. In all, the presenter was clear and concise. This type of instructional video was great for individuals who need quick information on the topic. </li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>The fear of public speaking is the most common phobia ahead of death, spiders, or heights. </li><li>The National Institute of Mental Health reports that public speaking anxiety, or glossophobia, affects about 73% of the population. The underlying fear is a judgment or negative evaluation by others. Public speaking anxiety is considered a social anxiety disorder.</li><li>Tips for confident and composed public speaking are presented in this video.</li><li>The information is presented in a Do and Don't manner that will help viewers cultivate public speaking and presentations skills. </li><li>The speaker is trying to teach their audience about public speaking to better assist beginning speakers. </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
