The ISO is used to measure the cameras sensitivity, the higher the ISO the brighter the image. and the brighter the image the more noise.
the lower the ISO the darker the image and the higher the image quality.

Aperture:
an aperture is a hole which light travels.  the bigger the hole the more light can travel through making the exposure higher and the image brighter, the smaller the aperture the less light coming through therefor lowering the exposure consequently making the image darker.

Shutter Speed:

Most of the images that I chose to edit where better after they were edited however I noticed the quality of some of the over exposed images went down significantly after they were edited. The expose is the amount of time the camera is visible to light. The longer the image is exposed to light is dependent on the shutter speed. The shutter speed is the aperture in the camera which lets light in, the longer the aperture is open the more light gets in therefore the brighter the image. The brightness of the image can also be controlled by the ISO. The ISO is the cameras sensitivity to light, the higher the ISO the brighter the image. Bracketing is the process of taking one lighter and one darker image this is done to insure at least one good image is taken, ideal for when you cant see the photo your taking.

I like the textures and tones of this image, it looks delicate more like petals than a vegetable. I chose this image as my most successful image because of the grey tonal range and textures identified by the precise use of focus and zoom you can start to see the cells through the thin layers and the angle makes the image look more artistic.
