Divide the house chores equally for both women and men so the childrens continue doing the same as they grow up.

Give some conferences about gender equality and invite adults so they can apply in their family with the kids.

Saying to the kids that each of them no matter if it is a girl or a boy both need the same treatment. 

Try not to put stereotypes at home so that the new generations do not get involved in that.

Try to mix the chores in houses like sometimes you will cook and the other time the other person will do so childrens can see that they have the same opportunities and also they can do the same things.

Have an open communication, listen and reflect to eliminate the stereotype. If someone is wrong, accept it and try to change your actions.

Support each other's goals to reduce their heavy work by contributing in household chores, working, etc.

Teach the new generations concepts such as equality, show them that chores and responsibilities are for everyone, not just one gender.

Avoid offensive language that emphasizes the gender inequality, like “Women are made for the kitchen” or “Men are made to bring money”.

Include everyone in activities, teach the kids a little about everything, no matter if it’s a girl or boy.

Challenge people with gender stereotypes  at home for example, someone who says “that´s a girl's job” speaks up and reminds them that housework is for everybody.

Use social Media to spread awareness like sharing posts or videos that challenge gender stereotypes.

At home, be a role model to siblings or cousins that are little and they are learning many things and help them in these topics and make them aware that it is not okay to be called by someone by any topic of a bad talk gender stereotype.
