General question/suggestion:
  • What are the purpose of the constitution? Being part of the HS SBC member, this part couple years, I have never seen this constitution myself. I was wondering, if the purpose of the constitution is to create a policy that is clear to all member of the SBC? If that is so, I suggest that from the following school year, that this should be presented before SBC members make their decision in running as their advisory rep. Maybe even to show during advisory, so not only the running member, but other HS students outside of SBC can understand our role as a SBC?

I strongly agree on this, as I feel like at this point, there are several or many that does not feel like they are in part of the SBC, or as involved. But by each of us having an individual role to represent, I feel like each and every one of us can feel the belonging within the group.
