I am still certain that PBL #1 is the project I plan to do. I chose this project over the other project for several reasons. For one, I feel I could better create and elaborate on the topics mentioned. Second, I felt that PBL #1 will allow me to be more creative when creating the project. I also feel that I have a better idea for the project (PBL #1) rather than PBL #2. For this project, I plan to make a display displaying a tree and the branches. On each branch, I will place my information. It will be colorful and productive. I also wanted to note that I am fearful of presenting in front of people. If this project would require me to present, I think that I would be more confident, and the presentation would go "smoother."

For the MP #1 PBL project, I have decided to choose Option #1, the Tree of ME project. I already have an idea of how I want to answer some of the questions, and I prefer the way this project will be organized as opposed to option two. This project may even help me figure out more of what I want to accomplish this year. I also believe I will have an easier time of answering Option #1’s questions than I will answering Option #2’s. I think I will enjoy making a tree more than I will making the blueprint for Option #2. Finally, I can’t wait to try “Walking Through The Woods”, and looking at everyone’s trees once this project is finished. Visiting my tree throughout the year and seeing how I’ve grown will be nice as well.

For the marking period 1 project I think I will do the first option because I feel that I can better express myself with the tree branches. Also I feel that The first option will let me use my creativity and I can really achieve this project and do a good job on it. Also I feel that there are just too many unanswered questions for option 2 and that I cannot connect to this project and I can't be myself with it so I feel option 1 is my choice.

I choose to do project option #2 because I think it makes more sense to me. The tree idea is somewhat confusing to me, and I think a blueprint or map is a nice idea. I also think it represents me better, because I feel I have progressed along a path in my life, instead of being a “tree” that remains the same but grows. I think a map would be a bit of a challenge, but not so much as to make me want to do it, and I think I can have fun whilst creating my project. I am not so confident of this about the first option. The first option does not represent me and my life, while I think the "life's blueprint" option does moreso. A map or blueprint of your life sounds intriguing, and I would like to explore it more. I am confident I made the right choice.

I still would like to do option #2 for my MP 1 PBL Project. This is because I love talking about how I became the person I am today. It interests me how far I have come. As well as this, I love talking about what I plan to do in my future. Also, it is crazy to me how a small decision can lead to so much. A few choices I have made have lead to so many greater, amazing experiences. In conclusion, I would like to do option #2 for my MP 1 PBL project.

I also like the fact that I can put my own spin on the way I make my actual tree. The idea of looking at my future also intrigues me. I guess i like the fact that I don't really know what ahead and just trying tho predict to plan what I want to do and what I want to happen seems fun.

I am still going to stick with option #1 for my PBL project because option #2 has too many options for things that shaped my life. I would not know which ones to put and be able to narrow them down. I think option one sounds cool because I get to ¨walk through the woods¨ and see what my peers put. I am not an artist so I am nervous about drawing my tree but I still want to do it. I already know what I want to accomplish this year so the ideas for the tree will be easy for me to do. I am not sure about how to write it out but making the tree should help me out. This is why I want to do option #1 and not option #2.

I am 100% positive that option 2 is the right choice for me because I love talking about my future and it kinda haves us talk about our past like how did you become the person you are today? How did you become close with your best friend? And so much more. So the project is kinda like a blueprint like when you are buling a house. We have to choose 3 task that makes us the people who we are today and we need to have 2 future goals. So this project reminds me of our future goals project form 6th grade. We also need to have how we can achieve our future goals. We also have to relate it to the characters we are reading about I think that the part where we have to relate it to our characters would be hard, but otherwise this looks like a fun project. So that is why I am going to stick with option #2.

I changed my mind and chose to do the second PBL option which is Mapping Your life instead of option one. I like the idea of thinking of some aspect of my life and seeing what decisions I made in the past helped shape this aspect in the present. Also thinking about how this aspect is going to play into my future. It cool to think about decision you made in the pat how they affect your right now and then how they will affect you later. Also I like how the other half of this project is making two future goal and figuring out how they will play out and what things will be in my way. I haven’t really thought about some of my future goals and this will help to figure them out. Another thing is that this project seems like it will be really fun to plan and make. This is why I chose Mapping Your life and not tree of me.

I am choosing Project 2: “Life’s Blueprint.” This is the right project for me because it is challenging and each presentation is unique. It also allows me to look back on my life and see what experiences have influenced me the most and have paved the way for who I am today. Also, I have done something like Project 1 in the past. Working with a new topic will prove more beneficial. I am hoping to focus on the people and events who have had a huge influence on me.

I wanted to chose the Tree of ME Project. I think that with this project if I do the questions “What do you hope to accomplish this year,” “What development do you hope to see by this year’s end” and many more questions. I feel that it will motivate me and try to push me to my limits. Also, if I push myself really hard I can go above and beyond to reach these goals. Normally when I have projects or homework I only go to a certain point or I just do it half, with this project it will hopefully change what I want to do. Another example, is since it is a tree I would think of it as the tree starting out as the seed, and as I get later into the year and progress it will turn into the tree. I would kind of think of it as the finishing product once everything is in place.

Also. the first project options seems interesting, but too confusing. I don't set goals, they just come to me when I am working or playing sports and I strive to reach those goals. Also, I already have a plan as to what I will write and what or who has made me what I am today.
