         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Shay's rebellion originally started with farmers revolting the tax the government put on them.<br>2) The Checks and balances allow every branch to alter the power of the other branches<br>3) Anti-federalists are against the constitution and wants more power to the states.<br>4)Federalists agree with the constitution and want more power in the national government<br>5) There are different parts of the virginia plan and New jersey plan in the great compromise.<br>6) The southern states wanted slaves to be counted for population and the large states did not. They decided to create the 3/5 compromise<br>7) In the 3/5 compromise they decided slaves would be counted as 3/5 of population<br>8) Representation in the states was based on population.<br>9) The articles of confederation gave the states the power which caused federalists to hate the articles and the anti-federalists to like them.<br>10) There are three branches in the united states, executive, legislative, and judicial.</div>]]></description>
