I loved seeing the ducks swimming about in the water. They were so peaceful and calm. I noticed the male mallards had emerald green heads that glistened in the morning sunshine.

My favorite part of neary lagoon is when we saw the adorable turtles. Also when we saw the coy fish and the cat fish and the song birds singing and many more things.

My favorite part of the trip was when we saw a howl bunch of mallards sitting and quietly sleeping on the tule read . I was sup prized that we saw so manny mallards they were so cute.So far this trip was the best field trip I have ever been on. And I liked the part were we went on the floating bridge.i also liked the part where we past the scold around.

My favorite part of the field trip was all of it but I think I like the floating bridge best because it was rocking and I liked looking into the water and seeing the Carp. And I like playing with the tule reeds because it was squishy. Next time I go there with my family I hope I see a turtle.

I liked the tule reed and all the things they made out of it. I could not believe they made all the things, I mean how could the indians float on a boat made of reed? The woodpecker catcher didn't even look like tule reed! The duck catcher looked a lot like a duck! It was amazing and best of all the tule reed was squishy like bubble rap.

I like the tule reeds because when you go up to them and you squshy them they make a squshy sound and I like that.
