According to me, group activity with set goal and role helps students get motivated and exchange their ideas. In most situations, even the group members motivate their friends to share their views. setting the role even gives the students to really get into the assigned task so that the team members could achieve their goals and accomplish their task. Students are students and they are comfortable with their own zone and feel free to exchange their views and ideas with their friends.

I have already used active learning group activity this week in my class and will use this activity more to motivate my learners. There will be one group leader but each learner will work individually which will be shared by the group leader. This activity collaborative pair and/or group work, making sure all students experience learning success, encouraging students to assess their own learning, develop students’ higher order thinking skills and then constructive feedback by the teacher to guide future learning. This way the learning will be effective.

I implemented Maslow's theory of belongingness in one of my classes during breakout classroom activity. Where I spoke to the students how important is to make one feel comfortable in the group and respect his or her views and thoughts. This worked wonders and leaders and students during the activity were respecting and considering the view points of their group members.

According to me fostering rapport with students is very important, may be someone is very good in teaching, may be he/she applied many methods or activities in the class but the rapport with students is not good,I don;t think so that the teaching or learning from the students side will be more effective. According to my experience I always try to make a strong bonding with my learners and I feel it help them as well.

Then, slowly and gradually, they can overcome their fear of public presentation as they will get like and comment on their video and improve themselves.

With peer work they come up with new ideas or they can generate new ways to solve a question or a problem.
