  • Fill up the "Surat Perakuan" and the personal particular form then submit it to the HR Department.
  • The HR staff has given me a self personality test (160 questions - 20minutes)
  • Then i came to industrial development department at 14th floor which i need to work for six months.
  • Mr. Md Mahathir which is my supervisior has introduced me to the Department's SUB Madam Mohanasundari and also to the Volunteerism, Management and finance unit officer Mr. Mohd Effizal.
  • Mr.Mohd Effizal has brief me about the 4 units which have under the industrial development department.
  • Then he brief more about the volunteerism unit because as per scheduled i will be working under this unit from 19th February until 18th April 2018. After that i will transfer to another unit this is because to gain more knowledge and experience about the related fields. 
  • Miss Syira give the name list of staffs in the Industrial Development department and ask me to distribute the SURAT PERAKUAN OLEH PENJAWAT AWAM YANG TERLIBAT DALAM PEROLEHAN forms to all the staffs and to get the signature of the respective person as well. This is one of ice breaking session for me because i have introduced myself to all the staffs before i handover the form.

  • Attend the Matta Fair at PWTC and we was one of the exhibitors from Industrial Development department of MOTAC about the Malaysia Tourism Quality Assurance (MyTQA)
  • There also we prepare the  the tax relief forms and tourism fund application forms  to the people who needed.
  • Travel agencies should have the few requirements to apply the tax relief such as if it's international tour  agency  they should have minimum 700/year tourists have visited the local country then they are eligible for the tax relief.
  • There was a lots of exhibitors including international and domestic. 
  • It's a new and a great experience for me because first time i have experience in Matta Fair and get to know more about it. Such and interesting event.

  • The companies that which requested the fund for their project have presented their paperwork in front of YBrs. Ms. Haslina binti Abdul Hamid Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of tourism , bank officers other directors as well from different departments.
  • There were six companies was presented their project
  • Once the project briefly presented there was an Q&A session between company and the directors.
