Our Recycle Activity

We did our Recycle Activity which is one of 8R Activites of our "Green Developers" eTwinning project on November 20th, 2024. In the scope of this activity, we seperated the waste from the garden and around of our school as Non-recyclable, Paper, Glass, Metal and Plastic; took their dirts which can block their recycling and take them to the boxes belongs to them. And thus, we truely made them ready for recycling.

Beside this, our students learned what they must do truely for recycling by doing this activity and getting information on work.

In Moldovan lyceums, we regularly organize initiatives to collect recyclable materials such as plastic bottles, paper, aluminum cans, and glass. These efforts aim to promote recycling and contribute to protecting our ecosystem. Aware of the environmental challenges facing the world today, we are committed to taking action. By gathering and responsibly disposing of as many recyclable items as possible in designated recycling bins, we believe that even small steps can lead to significant change.

We bought new recycle containers for our project . Then, "Green Developers" students designed the containers and we placed them in our school's corridor.

Students work in a presentation that show us why to recycle and how to do this. They show us why it is important to clean the plastic before we recycle them. This presentation will be used in our school in Green Week that will be in May.

If the points for recycling plastic are known to everyone, the same cannot be said for clothes recycling. They identify it and and everyone will know!
