I'm Franziska. I am a linguist, project manager and trained systemic consultant with more than ten years of experience in interdisciplinary project coordination and intercultural cooperation. I am currently working as a project coordinator for "MIN För Hamburg", which supports international students of Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and Teacher Training throughout their studies up to their transition into the German job market.

I’m Anna, a social scientist, project manager, and intercultural trainer with over 7 years of experience in international projects within the university context. In EUGLOH, I represent LMU in Workpackage 4. In the Career Network Task Group, I contribute with my insights from my previous role at the LMU Career Service and my involvement in developing career offerings for EUGLOH students during the project's initial phase. My name is Barbara, I am a sociologist - especially, I am interested in the sociology of the sciences and the societal impact of teaching and research at universities. Triggered by all the discussions on the Third Mission of universities I got more and more involved in "knowledge exchange" in its different variants over the last years - not at least within the framework of "engaged universities". And this is exactly what has drawn me to working on career issues - I am deeply convinced that higher education both, opens great individual opportunities and comes with great social responsibilities. As we are facing more and more major challenges, how can our graduates use their education to make a difference and how can we support them doing so?

It is with that in mind that I have accepted the position as head of UHH's Career Center some months ago.

I am Jessica B Larsson. I have worked at Lund University since the summer of 2011.

I currently work as a study coordinator and administrator, with particular responsibility for career issues and alumni, at the Department of Political Science. I have worked here since the spring of 2018. Before that, I was a study counselor at the department of communication and media.

I am really looking forward to this week in Porto. I am sure I will be inspired, and learn a lot, from the rest of you. I hope that I also can inspire, and share my experiences.

My focus has for a long time been to meet our students' thoughts, about a future labor market, already when they are brand new at the university. By meeting this questions early, I hope the students will get more out of their studies, when they are not caught up in worrying about the future.

I'm Romina and I have worked in the Student Office of Humanitas University for one year and now, I'm currently starting the Alumni project for all our graduated students.

Being a career coach allows me to continue working with and for people, to share knowledge, to train competencies that allow professional and personal development, to work in a team, to create a network and to participate in the growth and success of those around me.

I have more than 20 years of experience. I have done individual tutoring, training in active job search, training in job interviews, motivation for unemployed people, entrepreneurship promotion and advice to entrepreneurs. During this time, I have designed and taught workshops on transversal skills and competencies, which are key to enter the labor market, such as communication skills, decision making, emotional intelligence, leadership or teamwork. I believe that job orientation combined with training in these competencies improves people's ability to enter the labor market.

I am responsible for liaising with international students and organising programmes for them, as well as counselling and training for Hungarian students, including company visits and the biannual Job Fair and Preparation Programmes.

During my university years I studied psychology and filmmaking, and in the summer I also graduated as a design and art manager. I gained experience in event and festival management and HR recruitment as well.

I'm Mette. Educated as an economic geographer UiO yeaaarrrssss ago. Returned to the Arctic, worked as an applied researcher for more than twenty years, and are now at UiT working with co-creation, student and work life, innovation and EUgloh.

I am Melinda. I have a degree in Economics. My first workplace was Ford Motor Hungary Ltd., where I worked in the area of HR. I became the professional leader of the Career Office of University of Szeged in 2005, where I also work as a career counsellor and trainer. I have a GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) qualification. Apart from that I am a mental health specialist (2016) and I had a 2 years long training in pszichodramatic coaching and organizational development (2020). I really enjoy working with students and organizing programs which help them enter the job market.

I'm a sociologist and a translator (English/Spanish) and I currently work in the HR development department at UHH. My job is to design and to coordinate workshops and trainings for the employees of the UHH. That means I work both with administration staff and PhDs/postdoctoral researchers.

My aim for our week in Porto is to get some insights on how we as a University can provide the best support for PhDs and postdocs to accompany them during their career decisions. And further than that I'm curious to find out more about the EUGLOH Career Network and the purpose we can create through it. I'm looking forward to meet you!

I’m Veronique Tibayrenc, teaching professional communication, management and innovation since 20 years. I've been working at Cachan IUT, a Université Paris-Saclay component, since 2017. I’m currently responsible for our Electrical engineering bachelor in apprenticeship, in relation with students, companies and pedagogic team. I also headed our Electrical engineering department in 2020-2023; last, I coordinate our annual job fair, which hosts more than a hundred industrial partners, and of course I've been regularly participating into Eugloh entrepreneurship and innovation workshops since the launch of this amazing and unique European alliance.

Before that, I was a consultant/project manager at Capgemini for more than 15 years, assisting clients within their IT projects, contributing to a wide variety of projects at all stages, from pre-sales to deployment.
