Creativity and Responsiveness

Creativity is very important in my profession to make learning fun and meaningful for the students.

Responsiveness is crucial in the teaching-learning process as it helped me address the needs of my students and design learning plans appropriate to my learners.

Flexible and Appreciative

Flexible in the sense, I need to suit my learning strategies on different learners especially in public school. Flexible attitude to my colleagues to survive in the school environment which has different set of attitudes and personalities to handle :)

Appreciative, I have learned this trait as time goes by, this is important in every situation. Acknowledge good deeds from students, parents, teachers and even strangers. Learn to say thank you in every little thing done to you. You can also complain but we should not forget to be appreciative because not all people are given the same blessings in this world.
