The players. the players on the field must always be five for each team.

The basket. the basket must be 45 centimetres in diameter.

The board. the board must be transparent and attached behind the basket at a height of 3,05 metres above the ground.

Move. you can only move by dribbling the ball with only one hand.

The 5 fouls. each player can commit up to five fouls. On the fifth foul.

Sanctions. The foul is sanctioned in any case, both to the advantage and to the detriment of the team in possession of the ball.

Scoring. Free throws are worth one point, the shot inside the line from three points (which starts from the bottom of the field until it reaches a distance of 6.75 metres) is worth two points, outside it three points.

Victory. The team that realises the most points at the end of the game wins. In basketball, a draw is not allowed, if the score is equal at the end of the game, one or more extra times are made until a team wins.

Time rules. A player cannot hold the ball in his hand without dribbling for more than 5 seconds, he cannot remain in the opponent's area for more than 3 seconds, a team cannot possess the ball without passing the half of the field for more than 8 seconds, nor can he possess it without attempting to throw a basket for more than 24 seconds.

Field offence. It happens when the team that has possession of the ball, after passing the half of the field, returns to its Defence zone even just by touching the midfield line.

You pass. The step rule is an offence that applies if a player jumps with the ball in his hand or if he takes more than two steps without dribbling.

Double dribble. The double dribble rule is an offence that is applied if a player dribbles, stops dribbling, and then starts dribbling again.

Do it unsportsmanlike. In basketball, the sporty foul is a foul contact of a player who, in the opinion of the referee, is not a legitimate attempt to play the ball. After two sports fouls a player must be ejected.

Do it technically The referee whistles the technical foul to a player in the event of strong protests or anti-sports demonstrations against opponents or arbitrators. The coach can be booed to the coach or charged to the bench: in any case you have 1 free throw and possession of the ball in the middle of the field.
