Locke agreed with the idea of government and tat people should be able to vote on the issues at hand. Along with that he against slavery, He thought that they were "vile" to put a man in poor conditions and expect him to work for free. Though men weren't originally born free, he believed they should be and should be given freedom. Biblicaly men are meant to be free.
