What it looks like for students:<br><strong>Prepared-</strong>  come to class with the mindset of WHY you're here....with the tools you need to be successful.<br>Students take full advantage of all LBHS offers (SAP, homework club, tutoring) <br><strong>Focused</strong>-  Limit outside distractions and focus on their student achievement (PUT THEIR PHONE AWAY!) They use their time wisely! <br><strong>Persevere- </strong>Pushing through challenges and struggles to do their very best, giving full  efforts- especially on benchmarks and standard assessments<br>Demonstrating this core value will  develop strong character, self- pride,  higher student achievement and growth, 21st Century skills, and it will be contagious to their peers.  Students who demonstrate pride exhibit stronger self initiative skills</div>]]></description>

It is the responsibility of the teacher to maintain that positivity and inspiration in everything that the teacher does while being aware of the thoughts and feelings that is projected (what they are bringing in the classroom).<br>2) The students would feel the positive energy and utilize the engaging environment to learn and gain knowledge using critical thinking skills in practice in&nbsp; a purposeful way.<br>3)  The students would be prepared to walk into the world with a framework of the purpose for their lives through innovative means.</div>]]></description>
