I cannot think of a better person to help me start my journey at EHTP. Working closely alongside you was truly a privilege - I don't know how I got so lucky. I have learned so much from you in such a short while, and I am so excited to see all that you will accomplish at Columbia and beyond. Thank you for your guidance, brilliance, understanding, and support. You will be SO missed.

Linara, although we didn't work closely together often, when we did, you were always a breathe of fresh air. You always know how to keep calm, calm others, you are empathetic and always say the right things. I appreciate your calm demeanor and for speaking when others didn't have a loud enough voice. Your leadership will be missed. You will be missed (and your babies <3 )

We'll miss you here at EHTP, but are so lucky to have had you on our staff and know that you will always be part of our team. Linara, you have a clear vision of what it means to resist the fundamental injustices upon which our society was founded and to build new systems that empower and renew communities that have long borne the brunt of systemic racism.

I have learned quite a lot from you in the short time I have known you, and I am grateful for the lessons you've taught me and for the ones which I am sure are yet to come.

Now, the community at Columbia University is blessed to take a sip from your Pierian spring and to share in the bounty of your perspective which we hitherto have been so privileged to call our own.

I wish you all blessings and success in your new role, Linara - we're all so proud of you!
