         <title>Primary Producers</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Because there is so little rainfall in the desert, animals sometimes have to get water from plants. The most common plant is cactus. Animals have to know the exact time or how to avoid getting pricked by the cactus. Some other examples of producers include the Date Palm Tree, the Eragrostis, and the African Welwitchsia. The producers get nutrients through photosynthesis, getting the most nutrients out of all the trophic levels. </div>]]></description>
