question 1
where are key skills?
regurgitative of course content? no attempt to develop student skills or demonstrate them in the assignment apart from identifying similarities and differences.
doesn't require any individual input. Isn't very particular to OU? You can search sim and diffs b/w milgram and bandura in a search engine you'll get millions of off pat answers.

question 2
directs students to specific sources. asking weaker students to cut and paste.
question needs to be broken up . cognitive load issue.
huge amount of content could be used given there are so many concepts in the question, so students could be enticed to plagiarise thru panic!
