I love the way you completely immersed yourself in the experience that pravah is. I have been in awe with the way you organized and worked on the fellowship booklet, there wasn't a single stone that you left uncovered in the process, it shows the love, investment and ownership that you put in the process. I have had a wonderful time interacting you in some spaces in Pravah! What a delight you are to speak with. I think you bring such a sense of a calm which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I got the opportunity to work with you closely on the Youth Adda and I loved your commitment and authenticity in that space. You came in with wanting to create a safe space for young people and you did a fantastic job! Your openness to feedback and commitment to do the best job is inspiring. And I hear that the compendium has turned out great. I am excited to see it. I hope you have had a good time with us too!

Thank you for existing. We have had brief conversations in the check-in space but those were some amazing chats that we had.

As I am writing this note, I really wish we had more time and opportunity to interact with each other. I was really looking forward to interacting with you but sadly I couldn't. But it has been amazing to see how you gave your all and did so well with the project. I have heard such good feedback from people who worked with you closely. I hope you are happy and satisfied with your work and give yourself a big pat on the back. I vividly remember our interaction and was so impressed to see how confident and well aware you were. Dear Marzia,

I am grateful for the work that you had done with us. The compendium is phenomenal in the time that you completed it. You really took it on completely because of the ownership that shown towards the internship. I loved how you communicated with clarity on what was possible and what wasn't right from the beginning. Also that you could share what you wanted to do and we did the workshop. You also vibed with the team and joined us in the connection circles- a true youth worker at heart. I really wish our engagement was longer and am hopeful that our paths will cross again. I have my eyes on you.
