Economical environment - A business may need to change the price of a product in order to keep up with the competition. 

Political Environment- A company will have to change their methods or policies according to new laws introduced such as a change in employment law, taxation law, foreign trade law etc.



Internal:

Technological communication process- A business could go from manually gathering financial data, bank transactions etc to give to their accountant and change to a cloud based program like Xero that automatically gathers that information for the accountant to analyse. This would save time, money, and headache.

Organisational Structure-a business could change from a tall structure to a flat structure in order to improve communication between departments and increase employee satisfaction.
