Sound: 

When I spent time on the bench, I heard the beautiful sounds of birds chirping, the rustling fall of the leaf from the trees and distant noise of the vehicles(car). These sounds create a dynamic soundscape— a mix of natural and human-made noises that enrich the sensory experience.

Movement:  

The air blessing slowly passing against my skin and the fallen of leaves gracefully falling added a tactile and visual layer to the garden experience, making it more engaging and interactive. This combination of sensations created a lively and immersive environment, enhancing your connection to nature and making the moment feel more vibrant and dynamic. 

Drama

I imagine the boating adventure with my sister and friends, turning the garden into a vibrant stage for imaginative plays and storytelling.  Even though the memories are imagined, the moments are very memorable and fun. 

Smell

The fresh smell of grass and flowers added a sensory richness, deep understanding to connect with natural environment. These aromas created a more immersive experience, making me feel more present and excited to the beauty around me. 

Sight

The visual elements of the garden like the presence of various birds and the fall of leaves. People running with the dog. This enchanting scene not only delighted the eyes but also inspired creative thoughts, making the experience both visually and mentally stimulating. 

Hear  

The combination of natural and present sounds created a unique auditory experience. 

Feel: 

The Windly sensation of the environment and the texture of the grass underfoot added to the physical beauty with the environment. 

Feelings: 

At that time, the moment of joy, relaxation of body, and deep connection with nature. 

Overall, I enjoy the moment while in the garden.  sense of peace and fulfilment of the natural environment.

Through and Connection to childhood memories

This experience likely evoked memories of past outdoor adventures and playful times with family and friends. Like, the memories when me and my family went for the adventure boating on the longest river (karnali). and travelling the mountains side of Nepal.

Children perspective to environment

The experience of the sounds, movements and drama in the garden. The sounds of the birds, movement of the tree inclined towards the direction of the air and the imagination of boat adventure with my friends also the running strength in the garden improves the physical strength of children, imagination of the boating adventures enhances the social skills, creativity and problem-solving skills. Overall, I think that these opportunities enhance the holistic development of the children.

The artefact is a creative/imaginary game specifically designed to blend the sound, drama and movement of the garden. The main proposal is to inspire the children to engage and encourage them to go to the garden and discover their natural surroundings. It enhances the holistic development of the children and interactive learning of the natural elements in the fun and immersive environment.  

Imaginary games include creative elements to support the children development across multiple areas. This game is inspired by the Reggio Emilia and forest school approaches. This approaches child centric learning exploration, outdoor environment learning, and overall development of the children also the try to make game more engaging and educational purpose.  

I believe that this experience emphasizes the importance of the natural environment in early childhood education. This practice encourages me and other educators to promote outdoor play and integrate sounds, movements and drama into the teaching. As I mentioned, outdoor activities always enhance the holistic development of the children.  

Many urban schools (developing countries) have limited access to natural resources, and they depend upon the artificial playground with limited resources. I believe that this game shows the importance of natural environments in learning, and it also gives the chance to explore the environment, have fun and learn from nature.  

I realized that an important factor about children is what Ruth Wilson thinks about it in her reading, that it is characterized by active and curious learners. Outdoor Play plays a vital role in their physical, cognitive and social growth. I believe that educators should support instead of controlling children’s play to encourage their creativity and imagination, they must give children freedom. Natural life exploration offers rich opportunities for creativity and learning. But nowadays modern lifestyles put limits children's access to nature, which is crucial for their overall development. (Ruth Wilson, 2018). I totally agree with author Wilson suggestion, I will always encourage the children critical thinking through the encourage them to do tasks related to something different which supports overall development, and as always encourage the exploration of the natural environments in my teaching.  

From the video Ted x Melbourne and the speaker Victor Wollen, perspective on learning music as a language emphasizes that children should first listen and feel comfortable with music before learning instruments, like how they learn to speak by being immersed in language. (Wooten, 2013). I believe that music encourages development by fostering creativity, self-expression, and confidence. By allowing the children to explore the natural sounds, support the holistic growth and making learning more engaging and enjoyable. Educators must understand that outdoor activities like natural walks, outdoor reading, games and storytelling, make children express themselves in the group and develop cognitive development, social skills, creativity and imagination.  

I believe that analytical response evokes my personal reflection on how we can use the natural environment in teaching, and I take refence from the academic materials and give some ideas and suggestions to the upcoming educators. As educators, we must use the environments in teaching to enhance the creativity and imagination skills of children.  

The consistent use of terms like sounds, movements, and drama emphasizes their importances.  The highlights of use these elements are crucial to enriching the children's learning experience.  

The analytical response blends my personal and academic resources. I use elements like music/sound, movement/dance and drama to explore my creativity through games and make connections to the environment. It consists of my personal perspective and other perspectives from academic resources and suggest the future educators the importance of natural environments in early childhood education. To boost the overall development of children.
