I think my presentation contained a very difficult subject matter; that as an added point is a very difficult topic for me, as a man is difficult to engage and give a view point that readers can take seriously because rightfully, I can never fully comprehend what it would be like to be a woman in this industry.  
The information that I present in my presentation, is in my opinion reliable and effectively reflects the current nature of the banking sector.

I say "mostly unbiased" because I can confirm that I am very against sexism in general, so to say that I am fully and completely unbiased would be a lie. Everyone at their core as some sort of confirmation bias, so I couldn’t say with a clear heart that, I am fully unbiased. Also, being a man, some may say that I will always be somewhat bias towards men and their view point, be it completely wrong or not.

I think the conclusion portion of my piece really delves into a manner in which the sexism issue, can be eradicated or helped to achieve such a goal.  
My sources are reliable in the most and the few that weren't deemed to be of a good enough quality, I used sparingly or were used to help aid my train of thought.

I think at the start of this assignment, I wanted to be able to say that what I have down and put forward, is a piece of work that is respectful to women and the issue at hand. I also wanted to be able to say that in some the reader or listener of my work would have learnt something or at least have a more balanced opinion on "sexism in the banking industry".  

I feel that as well as my assignment and work has gone there is room for improvement. Such as adding more references and more reliable ones at that. I think more evidence could of been produced in this reflection. More concrete evidence and facts could of been used.
