Something I learned about graphic design is that it can either be really easy or really hard. To be honest graphic design isn’t to far off of what I thought it was. My experience designing my replica was pretty fun and I thought it was pretty easy. I think our designer was alright I didn’t like him but I also didn’t hate him, I think he was just a little weird.

Pattern Making

For me the practice one was harder because it was my first time and I didn’t know how to use the tools. For the actual one, once I figured out how to use the tools it was very easy and I was able to help others.

Donut Design

I think this project was fun and I got to learn a lot more. I feel like since we were more free, I was able to explore with new tools. Overall I think that this project was a good learning experience.

Logo Parody

For me I think this project was fairly easy once I knew what I was doing. I had a lot of success with my designs and a lot of struggles with ideas and using the right tools. My favorite parody was the twitter one because I made it say chirp and both of the names are sounds a bird makes.

Logo Initials

For me this project was fairly easy once I figured out what I was going to do with the theme of the logo the harder part was incorporating the colors to match with the logo. Personally my favorite logo was the 1st one because. It should be chosen because it is very sleek and gets a point across (no pun intended).

For me this project was relatively easy and fun. I had a hard time thinking of a theme for the fliers but once I found a palette it was pretty easy. My favorite project was the 2nd one. I think this one should be chosen because the colors work really well together and it follows the same theme throughout the whole paper.

For me I think this was my favorite project so far. At first I had trouble picking people but once I found some and a video to go off of it was really. The video I used introduced so many new tools that will help with future projects. My favorite one was the one with Kanye West. I really think I did a good job on this one and really made him look like the undead.

For me this project was alright but I feel like I learned something from this project. it was also nice because we got to work with a client.

Movie Poster Parody

For me this project went really well. My strengths in this project was being able to use the Fx tool to make all of the objects stand out. My weaknesses was trying to cut out certain objects from my pictures. If I were to do this project again I would try to take my pictures better to fit the original poster. My favorite project was The Fast and Furious one because of how similar it was to the original.

For me this project went alright. One thing I learned was using brushes to make the faces blend together better. I think my favorite one was probably the george washington one because it blended really well and I think I did good at matching the skin tone.

This was one of my fun classes this year. I didn't really have to stress about assignments or think too hard, which is nice since I have a lot of harder classes. I learned many thing which could help me in the next class or farther in the future. My favorite project was definitely the DIY Week because it just looks so good.
