A major event i heard about is the black lives matter, its causes were because a police officer pinned a black person to the floor which caused him not to breathe. This event caused racism and injustice in the world to this day.

A major event that I experienced was 9/11. I remember i was with my parents walking around times square when out of nowhere a plane crashed into the first tower. It was traumatizing because i also saw people jumping out of the building from like the 79th floor. Then, we saw the second plane crash and I still remember it till this day.

In 2020, I witnessed the Beirut port explosion of Lebanon. The causes of this horrifying event are still being investigated, for some people say it was intentional, and others say it was a result of a nearby fire that ignited several tons of ammonium nitrate. This huge explosion caused major destruction to many buildings of Lebanon, and some of them are still shattered and left unrenovated. In addition to that, it heavily traumatized the Lebanese residents (including me), and it still scares them and affects them till this very day.

During this summer of 2024, I was spending time with my family and having fun. Around 12 pm, we heard an Israeli sound barrier, of course no one made a reaction about it except me. It was my first time hearing it and I think the sound of it will never leave my head, it's a tragic accident that's happened to nearly everyone in Lebanon.

A major event I have heard about is the Gaza genocide. It is very saddening what the West has in store for the middle east, and they are still continuously lying to their citizens that we are the terrorists. It was caused ever since Israel was promised "land" from Britian, causing this hell of a genocide, killing all ages and all genders. They do unspeakable acts, so much so calling them "human" is an insult for us. Children have no one to call mommy or daddy, and mothers and fathers aren't parents anymore, lovers are now single, and best friends are now alone. Yet, sadly, it is also affecting the countries around it, as modern, beautiful countries are now nothing but rubble!

A major event that continues to haunt the United States year after year would probably be the bombing of the twin towers on 9/11. Though numerous people believe that it is a thing of which is characterized by an “inside job” and others quite the opposite, it is imperative to note that no matter what or who the cause was, it resulted in grave repercussions. Memorials and mournings persist to take place year by year in remembering those who lost their lives during the bombing. People undergoing persistent generational trauma, writing memoirs, novels, essays, and research papers in investigation as to what occurred are just a mere few effects of the bombing. It is a wonder as to why inhumane actions are performed on purpose simply to pertain the ruling of a nation.

The story was about a place called tulsa’s greenwood where bombing and genocide took place taking the lives of innocent 😇 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿💃🏿🤷🏿‍♂️. In the span of 24 hours 35 city blocks of Black Wall Street were burned to the ground.The white mob blocked firefighters while 1,256 homes were destroyed and another 400 were looted. A massive share of people in Greenwood were left homeless.

i have been bit by a wolf in Lebanon while walking outside in my village with my cousin. the wolf bit a lot of people that night and the reason it bit me was because I was walking at night at 8:00pm. the moment in bit me, i felt an extereme amount of pain on my thigh and i was screaming so loud that my parents came running directly from the house towards me. this still traumatizes me till this day also knowing that i still have the scar and finding it an interesting story to tell

One event that i remember would be the civil war in lebanon. I heard many stories from my grandparents describing the disastrous and tragic scenes they saw and experienced.

It was a result of conflicts between the citizens of lebanon some being religious or political. In addition to people who sided with Palestine and those who didn't which led to the start of the fire. Some of the stories I heard are for example when my dad and his siblings were playing in the living room and 1 min after they ran to the kitchen a bomb landed in the living room. Also a scene that my grandmother described when a large tree saved them from shootings and when they were hiding in the basement and it exploded so everything and everyone was covered in blood.
