I watched Johnson's ad. The goal of the ad was to show that if Goldwater was to be president there would basically be a nuclear war. This helps Johnson by showing that if people vote for his opponent they would be putting innocent civilians in danger.

I watched McGovern's ad. Personally I think that McGovern's ads were to controversial. In the ad I watched he talked about Vietnam and China. I think this is one of the reasons why he ended up losing to Nixon

I watched John Anderson's ad. I wish instead of telling the viewers about himself I wish he would talk about his views a bit more. Obviously since he was an independent he was not going to win the election so I think it would be beneficial to him to try to get his views out there and get some press.

I watched one of Reagan's ads. I think his ad was beneficial to him because of the sense of peace the vid brought. The music was calming and he started off the ad on what America was like 1980s and then talked about America was now.

I watched one of Bill Clinton's ads. I think this ad was beneficial to his campaign because it addressed his views in politics such as welfare and the death penalty. The ad was direct and felt like he was very passionate about his views

I think the best ad that I watched was Johnson's ad with the girl and the daisy because of how well it installed worry in people. Putting the little girl just picking flowers really showed how the nuclear attack could happen at any time and no one would actually be safe.
