          Education helps us to be skilled and knowledgeable, it is the only way for us to have a better life in the near future. It has a force in molding an individual and the society. Education has been unbalanced by the sudden increase of population.
          A double-shift class system involves one class taking the morning shift, with the next class occupying the afternoon one. The target of double-shift class system is to enhance,access,reduce cost unit of schooling and minimize the use of available resources and to provide education to a greater number of students without building classrooms immediately. Everybody knows that the purpose of this system is to give consideration to the students who have part time jobs to support their education before or after their class.
          According to Nyiransengimana, students will benefit a lot. They will get enough time to learn and time to revise and discuss in groups. Previously, it was not easy for the students to revise because they would study one shift and go home where they would be busy with home chores. This time students will use morning hours learning new things while in the afternoon they will get to do research and discuss in group to better understand the subject. And she also added that there were imbalanced between students who belong in morning shift and afternoon shift.
          According to Mugabo Hakizimana, the whole day session will keep students busy and focused on studies instead of being bothered with other activities not related to the school. And he also added that teachers and students will have enough time for discussions and exercise.
          Another study by Mark Bray(2008) said that by implementing double-shift system it may provide a greater number of students to be educated without multiplying investment. This system is very essential to those who live in urban areas, where land is scares and building are expensive. It is done beacuse of practicality.
In this paper the researchers will study the favorability of double shift system in HES students of Richwell Colleges Incorporated. Either they favor in half day session or in whole day session.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

          This study focused on the favorability on the double-shift system of HES students of Richwell Colleges Incorporated and aims to answer the general and specific questions:
*The effectiveness of wholeday session to half day session.
*The effectiveness of morning shift from afternoon shift.
*Is halfday session enough for the students of Richwell Colleges Incorporated to be knowledgeable?
*Why Richwell Colleges Incorporated implement double shift system?
*Whata are the negative effects of double-shift system to the students of Richwell Colleges Incorporated?
*What are the positive effects of double-shift system to the students of Richwell Colleges Incorporated?

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

          The benefits of this study helps the students to know the importance and reason of having double-shift system in Richwell Colleges Incorporated. This study may hekp the students to understand the benefits and refrain from loathing it. In addition, in this study the students will benefit because they could spend a lot of time for themselves and for their family, as well as elaborate their study before or after their class, furthermore, they could manage their time for their job if they are working students.

          This study will definitely benefit the following:
*TEACHERS- the benefit of this study to the teachers would be the ideas on how the students were being affected by the double-shift system. As well as on how they could manage their time better without experiency being dull or prosaic.
*STUDENTS- this study surely benefit the students especially in reflecting on the reasons why double-shift system was implemented, whether they agree or not.
*SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION- this study will help them on hoe they could make the students and teachers be prepared and knowledgeable despite of having limited class hours.
*FUTURE RESEARCHERS- the benefit to the researcher would be the awareness on the shifting classes or system if they will improve or create a research about double-shift system.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

          This study is focused on the favorability of double-shift system in students of Richwell Colleges Incorporated and on how it affects the students. This research paper involves the students of HES 12-A and HES 12-F. The researchers considered working on this to formulate and give readers the information and results of the doubke-shift system in Richwell Colleges Incorporated. 
          The effectiveness of this system to subjects of the students are they will get time to do their homeworks and other activities before or after their class.
