It feels like the stores have not caught up with brand's new image. The store felt tired and not very sophisticated/glamorous. The products and staff make up for the lack of atmosphere a bit, but it is not sufficient and it can put off potential customers. One does not feel compelled to enter the store and spend time there. 
The brand must aim to create a clear and memorable experience for the client. The main weakness would be the need for store refurbishment. - Less plastic
- Better integration of marketing material
- Work on colours
