it's important to clarify the meaning of the term "newly arrived migrants". Why are we using this term rather than the commonly used "refugees". The reason is that technically not all of the people who have been recently arriving in Europe from all over the world are refugees, some are economic or social migrants, coming to Europe for work or education, or simply joining their families or relatives who have lived in Europe for a long time. Refugees in contrast are fleeing war or some other disaster that does not allow them to return to their homeland.

DISPERATION OF WAR, SOCIAL PROBLEMS, ECONOMIC PROBLEMS, PERSECUTION, RISK OF LIFE.
THE BIGGER MIGRATION IS THE SIRIAN MIGRATION, BECAUSE IN 2011 A CRUELTY WAR STARTED. SO MOST OF SIRIANS ARE IN THEREAFUGES CAMPS AROUND SIRIA BUT THE ARABIAN COUNTRIES DIDN'T ACCEPT THE SIRIANS SO THESE CAMPS ARE OVERCROWED.
SO MANY SIRIANS WENT TO EUROPE. A UE RULE SI THAT REFIGEES HAVE TO STAY IN THE COUNTRY WHERE THEY FIRST ARRIVED. GREECE, DURING ITS DEEPEST ECONMIC RECESSION, HAD A LOTO OF PROBLEMS AND SIRIANS LIVED STARVED IN THE ISLES
AFTER THE DEATH OF A CHILDREN IN A TURKEY BEACH, POEPLE DECIDED TO DO MORE. SO MANY PEOPLE HELPED WITH DONATION, WORK AND SO ON. THERE ARE SOME WORRIES, LIKE ISLAM, CRIMINALITY, HIGH BIRTH-RATE.
THE STUDIES SHOW THAT ALSO IF ALL THE SIRIANS WILL COME TO EUROPE , THEY WILL BE ONLY A MINORITY (4%). IN ADDITION THE SIRIANS ALREADY HAD A LOW BIRTH-RATE AND THE PROBABILITY OF CRIMINALITY IS HIGHER FOR EUROPEAN PEOPLE THAN MIGRANTS.
THEY ARE LIKE US!!!!
THE WESTERN WORLD CAN MANAGE THE SIRIAN MIGRANTS, IT WANTS!
ENGLAND, USA AND AUSTRALIA STILL ACCEPT FEW REFUGEES. ALSO IF THINGS ARE IMPROVING, IT'S TOO SLOWLY!!

Another chance is when for example Germany accepts 5000 sirian migrants from another country, generally a border country. So Sirians have to leave their country illegaly for going to the border country.
A legal way is the family reunion. This means that one of them is entered illegaly. in addition the family reunion can work only for minor children and wife. So in case of major son He has to stay in Siria.
When the refugees arrive in the shelter they have to apply for registration (also handprints) . In Germany is the federal department that decides where they can live after an interview. Then they can apply for asilum. Many refugees try to enter in Italy for going to western and northen Europe . They often don't go to the shelter because of the Dublin regulation.
