For example, as a student in this modern era, it is comfortable for me to search information without the need of going to an actual library. The ease of doing tasks is the highlight of Science and Technology that is why even though there are negative results, it is overshadowed by the numerous advantages offered by Science and Technology.

2. How is Science and Technology affecting the growth of a nation?

— Science and Technology affects the growth of a nation through innovation. For example, in agriculture, without innovation, food crops are not that easy to produce. Using new technology, food processing are now easier to do. With that, economy of the nation are growing. Also, Science helps to modify some things in food production. For example, there are now fertilizers made to fight the usual problem of farmers regarding pests.

— As a student of STS, I can be a guardian of our society through advocacy. A good advocacy needs to be heard. Technology such social media platforms are tools for us to reach people and tell the purpose of our advocacy. My advocacy is to promote the appropriate usage of new technologies.
