         <description><![CDATA[<p>the dominant management approach in our organization(Primary health care setting) is a transformational approach: Both employees chose Transformation approach, which fosters a supportive, empowering health care environment.</p><p>  our operational manager taught us to always take initiative and to think critically, be accountable and motivate and inspired us to find better ways to achieve our goals. She promote a good relationships to all  her employees.  our manager is a couch, mentor and a role model. She encourages us to participate in decision making, she lead by an example. communication is paramont , manager motivates us to work together to achieve  the main goals of prevent primary diseases and to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. We always practice active listening skills to avoid mistreating patients, its really crucial to takes orders correctly to reduce hazadars.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

She established mutual trust in the team, she creates an environment of trust, collaboration and open communication to demonstrates respect and values toward team members so nurturing mutual respect among the employees encourage all of us to take pride work and to be accountability. Every day she delegates all employees' responsibilities. She provides feedback  and coaching to help team members to achieve potential. avoid emotional exhaustion </p>]]></description>
