Indonesia is one of the most environmental pollutions in the world. It is negatively affected by pollution and the major environmental problems it is facing are water pollution and air pollution. 

 

As we know pollution level of Hang River in India is by far emergent in comparison with the Citarum River in Indonesia. Citarum River is considered the life-spring of 28 million people in West Java but it is seriously polluted. Because of industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater and garbage are dumped directly into the river so it is turned into “a garbage river”. There are about 1 thousand factories along the Citarum river and the majority are fabric factory so this river always changes color. Sometimes white, sometimes red, black, or blue. It is similar to a mobile landfill. This water pollution has affected the lives of local people for a long time. They have to use dirty water sources so their health is affected too.

 

There are various reasons why this country is badly air polluted. Firstly, forest fire creates greenhouse gas emissions so it is a risk factor for respiratory disease. Secondly, many thermal power stations inaugurate and they primarily use coal. It emits a large amount of carbonic so many people die every year because of heart disease, respiratory disease, cancer, and many more. 

Therefore, the government must deal with this problem right away. Factories have to have Wastewater treatment plans before discharging water into the environment. The power station inaugurates natural energy instead of use coal. They should plant and protect forests because they can filter the air. Finally, I think the best solution is to raise awareness and educate people to protect the environment.

Script: Wedding celebrations are one of the most important holidays in our lives. And I'm so happy to be at a wedding and witness that memorable moment. It was my brother's wedding. It was a very beautiful day in March 2019, the wedding took place in a hotel near my house. There are many people invited to the wedding including relatives, friends, and colleagues. Everyone wore beautiful clothes, men wore suits, and women wore dresses. I wore a blue dress with a bow tie and a pair of white shoes. The wedding celebration is beautifully decorated with a variety of colorful flowers, candles, balloons, and lights. The party began with soft music, then the bride entered the ceremony with her father, after which the wedding witness declared an oath to the bride and groom. Then they both exchanged rings to each other to everyone's applause. Next, everyone ate the meal as well. The food here was very good and very delicious. The party ended in the afternoon and my whole family said goodbye to the bride and groom and wished them a happy honeymoon. This is a modern wedding, but it still has traditions. And I like this kind of wedding.

I see that where I’m living is affected by pollution. And water pollution is the biggest thing affected. Maybe humans need a lot of water for many purposes. For example, people use it for bathing, washing, drinking or so on, just for personal needs. But not only that, actually, the polluted environment makes me feel uncomfortable. It causes many diseases such as lung cancer, skin cancer or hearing disease. And i think that partly due to Human Consciousness, everyone has negative action without having positive action. For example, a person eats a banana and throws the peel in the middle of the road, but thinks it's okay. Well, if I have to talk about a polluted place I’ve been to, it would be Ho Chi Minh City. It’s located in the Southern part of Vietnam. When I first came here, I was so surprised by how polluted the city is. It’s so different from my hometown which is a green and clean rural area. There are many kinds of pollution here. The most are air pollution. There are so many vehicles on the streets and they make noises and emit fumes all the time. This issue is getting more serious in recent years. In my opinion, there are two steps that can be taken to deal with this problem. Script: Water is very important to all of us. But do we know how to use and protect water properly? Water pollution is happening in many places and Hoang Mai town, my hometown as well. Last month, while I was on my way home, I smelled a very rotten smell coming from a nearby river. It's terrible. The water there was very dirty and I even saw garbage wrappers floating in the river. They make everyone who comes through here stay away. The cause of this pollution is everyone's consciousness. There are many people throwing garbage into the river indiscriminately and no one advises them. Some nearby factories also release dirty water into the river. As you know, I’m currently a student in the foreign languages department at Vinh University, especially, I pass in a talent class. The day I passed university in this school is probably the most memorable and noticeable event in my life so far.

 

The University Entrance Exam is very important to any student because It may be deciding their future so the pressure is understandably high. My career or what I will become are all shaped by this exam so I have to pour out all of my efforts. I was feeling on edge during the entire period before the exam.

 

After hard days, I passed the exam and I have to wait for the result for a long time. Both my family and I are very worried and nervous. We hope that the good news will come to me and I can fulfill my dream. It was midnight, this is when I can know my point. Because many students use the internet to search the point so the network system error and I have to wait until 2 AM. And a miracle came to me. I became a valedictorian at literature. However, I also continue to wait for a benchmark from the university for about one 2 months. My point is pretty good but it is difficult to pass in my major but I was so lucky, I passed in gifted English pagodagy at Vinh University. I had an opportunity to have a closer look at my career orientation as well as my ability. I was very happy, pathetic, delighted. Looking back at it, I still remember vividly this feeling was so intense. In hindsight, it was an enjoyable time and definitely a precious memory to me.

The most recent important story is the wedding ceremony of my elder sister. It was in June, 2020. I took a four-day leave from my extra class so as not to miss the important moment of my elder sister's life. It was a traditional wedding that followed the general customs of our country. The wedding of the bride's family is held at 100 trays with the participation of both paternal and maternal parties and guests of my parents and my elder sister. The engagement ceremony started from 8 a.m to half past ten a.m. Then the wedding ceremony started at 11 a.m. MC first introduced the bride and groom on stage. Then came the speech of the representatives of both sides, along with warm applause from everyone. Next is the gift giving of relatives and cultural exchanges. And it was time when everyone started eating and drinking with the bride and groom. The last part was a sad experience for my family when my elder sister left the house to follow her husband. The special event that happened to me lately was my graduation ceremony. It was at the beginning of August, when most students in grade ten and eleven had summer holiday.  The ceremony took place in my high school. My friends were all present at about 7 am. When I got there, I had already worn the hat and black cape outside my white shirt with a black skirt. First I had to find seats for my parents, and then I moved to a separate section for students. We sat in lines to wait for our names to be called. When the MC called my name, I felt that my heart nearly jumped out of my chest, so I had to take a really deep breath to stay calm. Breathing in polluted air can be very bad for our health and contribute to the global pollution of the air every single day. Therefore, the government must deal with this problem right away by severely punishing factories and industrial which release polluted air without air purification.  Our life is full of all kinds of special events – events which we like to cherish for a long time. Today, I would like to talk about the day which I know about university exam results. I studied very hard for this important exam of my life. After passing the exam, I needed to wait for the result. I remembered that special day. In the morning, I acted like a crazy girl. I was nervous so much. I sang and danced, even I played badminton in my house. My mom blamed me for my crazy actions. But when the time was close, I talked less and became a quiet girl. I skipped the meal, closed my room, just lied in the dark, and listened to Aurora’s song. That was a sad song that made me think about my life, my future. Well, to be honest, I don't really know a lot about the environment, but I know that Indonesia is the most polluted country in the world. Last summer, our family went to Hanoi together to play. When we reached the bank of To Lich river, we were very disappointed. The river was heavily polluted due to all the garbage dumped into it. In our life, we have lived through all kinds of events and incidents. A number of them that we remember and also remember forever but the other we forget because our brain thinks it is not important. And I will talk you about my special event which is my 18^th birthday. It was recently about 29^th of september. My parents held a celebration for me. It was simple party with my family and some my close friends. At party, I gave many gifts but that make me surprised was my father’s gift. It was a camera I extremly loved and expected to have it for a long time. To talk it is important event because it marked the moment I became an adult and make many decision by my self. And at party I had a happy party with my lovely people and a camera to enjoy my hobby- it is the biggest present before.

Pollution levels are increasing at an alarming rate, especially in big cities. And here, I am going to talk about a city, Ha Noi which is very polluted. There are many kinds of pollution here: air pollution, water pollution and even noise pollution. 
Walking around on the roads, It's not difficult for us to come across many vehicles. This not only causes traffic jams but it also causes a large amount of CO2 and pollutes the air environment.  Besides, it’s easy to see trash in rivers and lakes. It’s even worse that some factories also dump dirty water and other waste directly into rivers so many of them are black and smelly. Moreover, the roads were congested repeated honking by the commuters made it painful for the ears. Hence proved the city was also exposed to noise pollution.
Air pollution can cause serious respiratory diseases such as asthma or lung cancer . The noise can drive people crazy because it’s really annoying and distracting. Well, if I have to talk about a polluted place, I will talk about Ha Noi Capital. It’s located in the Northern part of Vietnam. I visited there about 1 month in the summer holiday. When I first came here, I was so surprised how polluted the city is. It’s so different from my hometown which is a green and clean area. There are many kinds of pollution here: air pollution, water pollution and noise pollution .In Ha noi I see many vehicles such as cars,motorbikes and buses. It is vert hard to travel on the street during rush hours and in this situation it is extremely noisy that is noise pollution. Furthermore, These traffics emits exhaust fumels which is harm to enviroment. Besides, In some lakes and rivers I see amny plastic garbages and bottles in there that people throw away. Finally, Air is polluted that is often in warning red and people is advised not to go out unless necessary. I think the pollution affects people’s lives in a negative way. They can cause serious diseases. I hope every one will be aware of protecting enviroment and govement should have some solutions to solve them.

Hi! My name is Linh. And now I want to tell you about the wedding ceremony I had attended last year. It was my uncle's wedding. His wedding was held in the autumn, I can't remember exactly the date it was held. It was a beautiful day, the weather was very nice. The wedding was held at my grandparent's house. When I saw my uncle's wedding, I was surprised because of it so beautiful . The wedding was decorated very brightly with colorful flowers and shimmering lights on the wall. There were many people at the wedding including family, relatives, and friends. Everyone wore nice clothes, especially the bride's dress. It looked so graceful like a princess. Then we witnessed the bride and groom exchanging rings and pouring wine together to celebrate their happiness. Immediately, everyone clapped to congratulate them. I was also happy for their love. After that, people enjoyed the meal with soft music. The wedding went smoothly. In my opinion, this wedding ceremony is both traditional and modern. Anyway, I very love it. That day has become a memorable day for me.

If more people altered their daily behaviours linked to social media and the internet, they might be able to find more fulfilling passions and not feel as if their lives are fading away from them.

For example, people with depression may leave blank while working on a project, which can easily lead to poor results. They accept to neglect themselves and their families for work. Secondly, this happens because the workload is too much. To have a better balance I think the best way is know how to setting plan. To do this, every day, take 10 minutes to write down the tasks you need to do today. Firstly, everybody wants to work part-time or work overtime to increase their income, leaving them with no time to spend with their life. They will be able to make extra money by working overtime because overtime allowances are paid in addition to their normal income. They are keen to work hard and earn more money, but they forget to schedule time for themselves.

Secondly, we are much ambitious, and hence we spend more time at work, they want a high position at their workplace. These days, there are a lot of talented people. In order to ensure their position, they are forced to spend more time at the workplace. This, in turn, deducts the time they get to spend with their life.

Finally, they are always attempting to do a large quantity of work in a short period of time. They don't know how to organize their timetable so they can't balance their job and personal life. They devote more time to work than to their personal lives.

Unfortunately, this failure to strike a balance between life and work has resulted in a slew of mental and physical health issues, as well as familial strife. People should limit their working hours and balance their time with their lives to combat this. They have to schedule their job and personal lives in a sensible manner. Moreover, the bosses have to arrange a reasonable amount of work for employees. They should provide employees with a fair salary. I think a strict law should be imposed to limit the working hours.

In conclusion, it is vital to balance work time and lifetime. It would be best to try to balance work and other parts of their lives. It will make everything easier in your life.

One problem that people always have in work-life balance is that they often stay up late and get up early, sacrificing their health to complete the work, to make up for time for themselves. And doing this regularly will make your mental health weaker day by day. Moreover, when you are too immersed in work, you will be stressed and tired for a long time, which will seriously damage your physical and mental health. So, I think the best way to achieve a better balance is to schedule time for work properly. After a hard-working week, you should put aside work or your phone and go out to have fun with friends, family, or simply take time for yourself. In conclusion, we should arrange a time for work reasonably and take time to take care of ourselves.

  Hi there today I would like to tell you About my story, I'm glad recently that my family has welcomed a new member: the washing machine. I call it a member because I love it.
 In fact, I'm a guy who hates washing clothes, especially in winter because the water is so cold and I get scratched when washing clothes in the winter.  finally, a week ago my mother bought a washing machine, which was the first time I used it. Then I was a little embarrassed when I pressed the buttons on the washing machine, I read it over and over again on the manual for fear of doing the wrong process. However, it was easy to use. I was so eager for the trip so I prepared everything such as my clothes, camera and other accessories many days in advance. When we got there, the weather was quite nice so we decided to bathe and sunbathe first. After about an hour in the water, we went ashore and had lunch. Script: Last summer, I and my family visited Da Nang city. Because we wanted to be comfortable, my parents decided to go on their own without having to go on a tour. It was a great trip because we could go anywhere and whenever we wanted. The trip took five days and every day was a great day for me. We have traveled a lot, from famous places such as Ba Na Hills, Dragon bridge, My Khe beach,... to the night markets, the cafes deep in the alleys,... I love going to the night markets because I could eat a lot of food that I have never eaten before and only in Da Nang. In addition, I experienced a lot of the first time when I set foot in Ba Na Hills, the first time I took the cable car, the first time standing in a high place, the first time I got the thrilling games. Unfortunately, because it was raining that day, we didn't get to see the music festival here but it was also an interesting experience for us. In the past, I used to go on vacation trips. I often go with my friends because I am an explorer so I have holidays to broaden my horizon. I took my family on a vacation to the south of Vietnam a few months ago. It headed to Nha Trang, a magnificent beach city that is also a popular tourist attraction.
I was so excited for the vacation that I prepared everything a week in advance, including my clothes, camera, and other accessories.
We had a fantastic time in Nha Trang. We were able to attempt a variety of new activities, like skydiving, surfing, and diving to observe the coral reef. With deep blue sea and pearly-white sand, this location offers one of Vietnam's most gorgeous beaches.
In addition, the meal was both unique and tasty. However, I believe the most memorable part of that trip was when we purchased raw ingredients from a local market and grilled them on the beach. It was an incredible experience to sit by the fire on a breezy night, surrounded by the delicious smell of freshly barbecued fish.

The vacation to Nha Trang was indeed once in a lifetime. We had a great day and saw a lot of beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return if the occasion exists.

In the last few years, I haven't travelled on holidays because of the covid 19 pandemic. My last holiday was 3 years ago. It was a visit to my aunt's house in Que Phong district with her daughter, who was studying in Vinh city at that time. At there, I got to experience staying in a stilt house. Most of the furniture inside the house is made of wood. When I was here, I have tried some delicious dishes made from bamboo shoots. At the weekend, me and my aunt's family went to a picnic in Xao Va waterfall. Its scenery was beautiful. We also went to the town's market. The experiences in Que Phong district are all very interesting to me. I really appreciate this trip because it is an opportunity for me to visit my relatives. I hope in the near future I will be able to have a trip like that again.
