         <description><![CDATA[<div>- field experiment in usual environment increases ecological validity<br>- both qualitative and quantitative data is used ( white people: black people and whether individuals were more likely to help drunk or ill person)<br>- participants were not aware of the study and its nature taking place were therefore more likely to react naturally which can increase validity/decrease chances of social desirable behaviour.<br>- standardization was used for variables such as clothing worn/time taken before confederate helps the victim which can allow researchers to compare data for analytical/statistical purpose.<br>- large sample can increase generalisability<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- participants attending the subway may witness the experiment take place more than once and can therefore suspect the experiment set-up causing demand characteristics.<br>- lesser controls over variables as it is not a lab experiment<br>- ethical issues can be : no consent of participants taken, participants were also deceived and were not given the right to withdraw.</div>]]></description>
